What’s up with the name BlazeWell?

BlazeWell started as a cheeky nod to hot flashes, as in, “Yep, things might be on fire, but I’ve got this!” 😊It’s also about cutting through the peri/menopause IG noise and blazing your own path. And yes, there’s some rebel energy here. BlazeWell is also about torching the old roles, boxes, and expectations we’ve been crammed into, and stepping out as your truest self: strong, radiant, thriving.”

I help women in midlife feel strong, energized, and in control of their health, without extreme diets or punishing workouts. Everything is tailored to your lifestyle and goals, so it feels doable and sustainable. Together, we focus on four key areas:

Not at all. I work with women in all stages, peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause, as well as women in their 40s, 50s and beyond who simply want to feel their best.

Therapy focuses on mental health and processing emotions. Personal training focuses mainly on workouts. Coaching bridges the gap, we look at the whole picture of your health, habits, and goals. You’ll get personalized fitness and nutrition guidance, plus mindset and lifestyle strategies, so the changes you make actually stick. And unlike a quick workout session, coaching includes ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments as your life and body change.
