Meet Kim Winsor
I was not an athletic kid (more of a drama geek!), but a Muay Thai class in my early 20s lit the spark, and I was hooked. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve coached women through group fitness, bootcamps, Pilates, corporate wellness, personal training, and nutrition coaching. I was good, I was confident, and I thought I had it all figured out…
But when I hit my late 40s, my body and energy shifted. I didn’t feel strong, I wasn’t sleeping, my confidence took a hit, and I even tried leaving fitness altogether (thinking I was burnt out). But it didn’t help. I was looking for answers, and taking my Menopause Coaching Certification changed everything. The light bulb came back on. I finally got it: just how challenging this stage really is, and how we can best support ourselves (and it’s not what we were doing at 25!).
Now in my early 50s, I’m in it too. And if I was struggling with all my knowledge and experience, I knew so many other women were too. That’s why I started BlazeWell, to help women cut through the confusion, reclaim their strength, and feel like themselves again (on their terms).
Alongside coaching, I’m a proud mom of two grown kids, learning the ropes of empty nesting with my husband of 25 years, spoiling two cats, testing new recipes, lifting heavy things for fun, planning the next trip, and embracing my status as a two-time book club nerd (because apparently one just isn’t enough!).
