  • 1-hour personal intake and goal-setting session
  • 6 x 50-minute personal coaching sessions
  • 2 customized 6-week training programs created for your body and goals, taught to you step by step so you know exactly what to do. 
  • Personalized nutrition guidelines
  • Access to coach, workouts etc. through custom app
  • Bi-weekly email check ins
  • Peri -meno symptom and habit tracker
  • Digital cookbook with easy to build meal plan
  • Tailored information (nutrition, working out, recovery/ sleep and mindset), worksheets journal prompts
  • Guaranteed insights into the daily habits that can support you in feeling your best!
