- 1-hour personal intake and goal-setting session
- 6 x 50-minute personal coaching sessions
- 2 customized 6-week training programs created for your body and goals, taught to you step by step so you know exactly what to do.
- Personalized nutrition guidelines
- Access to coach, workouts etc. through custom app
- Bi-weekly email check ins
- Peri -meno symptom and habit tracker
- Digital cookbook with easy to build meal plan
- Tailored information (nutrition, working out, recovery/ sleep and mindset), worksheets journal prompts
- Guaranteed insights into the daily habits that can support you in feeling your best!
