- When it comes to food, it feels hard to find a balance. Sometimes, you run on fumes (coffee is a meal, right?) and other times you feel overfull (and mad at yourself).
- Your energy (and moods) are wonky! Some days you feel like you could tackle anything, others you feel like a not-so-adorable sloth who can’t get off the couch.

- You do ok with your meals during the week but your weekends feel like you are off the rails

How it works
You will track your eating habits for 3 days (including one weekend day), then jump on a 45 minute call with me to review where your nutrition is at and make a plan to make it better.
At the end of our time together, you’ll have:
- A personalized plan with 3 actionable steps you can take right away to get your eating on track.
- Insight on your habits and behaviors that are holding you back and keeping you stuck.
